Training
Level 5 Diploma in Care Leadership & Management For Health and Social Care
If you are looking to undertake a Registered Manager position. We would pay the tuition fees and support the right candidate (s) to enrol on the Level 5 Diploma in Care Leadership & Management For Health and Social Care
Level 3 and 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care (RQF)
We would pay the tuition fees and support the right candidates to enrol on the Level 3 and 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care (RQF).
- Achievement of this qualification may be able to be used as entry level to nursing
- Level 4 or 5 RQF qualifications for the management or senior practitioner roles in health and social care, or to specialist qualifications reflecting the context in which they work

For those who do not have 12 months experience, their progress and working achievements will be monitored and rewarded with the higher hourly rate as soon as possible.
Compassion First Care have vacancies for care workers and care co-ordinators who enjoy a challenge, throughout the Midlands and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for professional and dedicated people, who can practice or will work to practice with support, excellent standards of care delivery.
We provide care in the community that can be complex and demanding, but is always rewarding and interesting.
Compassion First Care managers and trainers are supportive, professional and knowledgeable; they work with their local team to ensure every member is working towards being the best they can be.
