From the moment you contact us we will do everything we can to make sure you get the care you need. After a quick assessment we will decide the perfect carer for your situation, followed by a complete tailoring of your care programme.
Once you have decided Compassion First Care is the correct choice for you, there are a number of options available.
Our highly trained staff can be contacted by phone or email to discuss your requirements and to answer any questions you may have about what our services can offer you.
Our office hours are 9am-5.30pm, so don’t hesitate to call or email to start an application for care. If you would prefer, we can send our Statement of Purpose to you.
When you are ready, we will come to you to complete an initial assessment to make sure you are paired with the correct carer. Once this is established, we can tailor your care package to your every need, meaning complete peace of mind for you or your loved one.
The great thing about Compassion First Care is the individuality you preserve on our programmes, tailored to your exact requirements. Your trained Care Worker will assist you with day to day activities, personal care and needs and wishes enabling you to concentrate on the more important things in life.
Our Domiciliary homecare service starts from just 30 minutes per care visit and can be extended to as many hours you require, day or night. Home visits are provided in Warwickshire and surrounding areas.
Even though many families take great joy in providing care to their loved ones, the physical and emotional consequences for the family carer can be overwhelming without some support. Respite provides a break for the family carer, which is where Compassion First Care can help.
With our waking nights, one of our care staff will come to your home for the night and remain awake and help provide whatever assistance or monitoring is needed.
Despite noticeable efforts in hospitals, there remain a number of recurring problems that we can help with when your loved one needs assistance getting back on their feet.
Our flexible approach to personal care means that we are also able to provide a comprehensive support service for respite or emergency situations - often a preferred alternative to moving into residential care. This can be a simple drop-in service or more comprehensive 24-hour live-in care, depending upon the requirements of the customer and their family.
