When you refer a friend or family member and they stay until they successfully pass their probation, you will receive £50.
2. Full Day’s pay for you to stay at home and celebrate Duvet Day
Every employee that has a *100% attendance record will be rewarded with a **full day’s pay. We know that sometimes things happen that are and we do not want our most loyal colleagues to lose out. As a result, those who have *90% attendance record will receive **half a day’s pay.*on time ** average of the hours you work eg FT 8 hrs, PT 4 hrs
